Flexrock FX-PRIMER SP16 is a tough, clear, spray foam roof primer designed to provide strong surface bonding between spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and subsequent coatings. Its waterborne, modified acrylic formulation offers excellent adhesion, quick drying time, and nearly odorless application—ideal for residential and commercial projects.

When applied directly to spray foam insulation, FX-PRIMER SP16 not only enhances adhesion but also gives short-term protection from the elements before top coating. It is compatible with BUR roofing, concrete, plywood, and even some metal surfaces, making it a highly versatile primer.

• Mixing: Mechanically mix before application

• Cleanup: Use water or mineral spirits immediately after application
