FlexRock Primer SP16 may be applied to BUR roofing, concrete, plywood and some metallic surfaces. Substrates to receive primer must be clean, dry and free of any foreign material such as grease, oil, water, dirt, or other contaminates. FlexRock Primer SP16 is fast-drying and has little or no smell associated with its application.
