Modified Bitumen Roof Primer – Flexrock FX-PRIMER M25
Flexrock FX-PRIMER M25 is a premium-grade modified bitumen roof primer formulated to prevent asphalt bleed-through when applying acrylic or silicone coatings over aged asphalt BUR or modified bitumen roofs. Its waterborne, modified acrylic composition delivers excellent adhesion and blocks discoloration caused by oils and residues in bitumen surfaces.
Ideal for both residential and commercial flat roof applications, FX-PRIMER M25 ensures long-term performance of the top coat by providing a clean, sealed, and uniform surface for coating adhesion.

FX-PRIMER M25 is suitable for airless and conventional spray systems. Mechanical mixing is recommended to reblend components separated during storage.
