FlexRock FX-814R is an elastomeric copolymer, rubber-based walkway roof coating formulated with embedded rubber granules for built-in texture and enhanced slip resistance. Engineered to endure rooftop conditions, FX-814R offers excellent elongation, low temperature flexibility, and robust UV/weather resistance.

Whether you’re adding a safety path for foot traffic or reinforcing access areas, this flexible textured membrane bonds well to a variety of commercial roofing substrates.
