Flexrock’s Triple Layer Direct-to-Deck Kit (300–400 ft²) provides an advanced RV roofing system built for superior durability, insulation, and waterproofing. Designed for direct-to-deck applications, this all-in-one RV roof coating kit strengthens damaged plywood, absorbs impact, and reflects heat—offering maximum protection for RVs, trailers, and mobile homes.

The system begins with FX-100 Base Coat, which fills damaged surfaces and reinforces the decking structure. It is fortified with PolyRubex, a proprietary material that enhances sound dampening and thermal resistance. The final topcoat is FX-HS Silicone, a highly reflective layer that deflects UV rays and seals the roof against water intrusion.

This easy-to-apply 3-layer system eliminates the need for roof tear-offs and extends the life of aging RV roofs.
