High Solids Silicone Roof Coating System

FX-100 Sealant Coating
FlexRock Coatings FX-100’s unique formula repairs the underlying substrate and creates a chemical bond to fill in deep cracks and imperfections. It’s also stronger than single-component coatings. And most importantly of all, there’s no maximum mil thickness with FX-100. Use with Flex reinforcement seam tape or a reinforcement mat and create a tear and puncture-resistant surface then add a top coat for increased flexibility and extra UV Resistance.

Roof Coating Flashing Mastic – Flexible, Durable Protection for Critical Roof Details
Our Roof Coating Flashing Mastic is a high-build, elastomeric sealant specially formulated to reinforce and waterproof flashing details, seams, penetrations, and other vulnerable areas on the roof. With its thick, buttery consistency and superior adhesion, it fills gaps and irregularities with ease, creating a flexible, watertight seal that moves with the roof as it expands and contracts.
FX-URF Urethane Flash
FX-URF Roof Flash is a high viscous, trowel or butter grade enhanced polyurea-urethane formula that can be used in conjunction with a variety of liquid coatings and a variety of roof membranes. It is designed to create a watertight liquid flashing for intricate roofing areas and details.
FX-ARF Acrylic Roof Flash
FX-ARF Acrylic Roof Flash is a high-solids, UV resistant, single-component waterborne acrylic elastomeric mastic ideal for 3 coursing with reinforcing polyester fabrics. It can be used to seal and watertight irregular roof penetrations, seams, and terminations.
FX-100 is the perfect way to start your project off right. This Environment friendly product quickly fills deep cracks and creates a thick base coat that will self-level to beautiful finish.
