Flooring Applications
FlexRock FX-100
FlexRock Top Coats add a durable finish protects your floors against scuffs, scratches, and everyday wear and tear.
Polyspartic Top Coat
Polyaspartic is a clear topcoat or can be tinted with excellent chemical resistance, UV stability, and abrasion resistance.
Epoxy Top Coat
FXE-707 is a high gloss two-component. 100% (+/- 1%) solids epoxy colored coating designed for applications where a high build colorfast impact resistant floor is needed. Is suitable in many chemical exposure environments.
Moisture Control
FX-409 is a two-component 100% solids epoxy seal coat that can help control moisture vapor emission rates up to 20 lb/24hr/1000 ft2.
Exterior Floor Top Coat
FX-966T, Protective Topcoat is a single component coating that provides a protective layer. This coating has excellent water resistance and weathering characteristics. Available in clear and colors.
Color Pigment
Polyaspartic pigment is a 100% solids reactive pigment designed for use with polyaspartic coating systems. The polyaspartic pigments are based on polyaspartic chemistry and as such have good color stability and good UV stability. These pigments are typically added to a base coat for broadcasting pigment paint chips prior to a clear polyaspartic topcoat over the paint chip system.
Decorative Flake
Decorative Color Chips/Flakes are composed of waterbased resin materials, inorganic minerals, additives and various pigments. This product is random in shape, sized within a standardized range and custom blended with infinite options to achieve optimal appearance and colors for flooring systems
To add aggregate for slip resistance, the prepared substrate receives a base coat of FX-100. While the FX-100 is wet, the aggregate is broadcast to full saturation (covered completely) and allowed to bond overnight. Excess aggregate is then cleaned away.
